Affiliate Program Agreement
1. Purpose
This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which Affiliate will participate in the Hairitige International Affiliate Program by referring clients interested in Exosomes and Peptide Hair Regeneration Treatments (“Treatments”).
2. Affiliate Role
Affiliate agrees to promote and refer potential clients with thinning hair or hair loss concerns to Hairitige International for consultation and treatment under the Ageless Hair Renewal program. Affiliate shall not perform any medical or technical services related to the treatments unless separately authorized and licensed to do so.
3. Commission and Payment
Affiliate will receive a $100-$200.00 commission for each qualified referred client who books and completes a paid Hair Renewal Treatment and is not an existing or previously referred client. Payment is determined according to the level of treatment recommended based on scalp condition severity scale: mild, moderate or severe scalp condition. (Mild scalp condition payout of $100.00, moderate scalp condition of $150.00 and severe scalp condition payout of $200.00) Commissions will be paid within 30 days following the end of the month in which the referred client completes payment. 4. Referral Tracking
Referrals must be tracked through a unique referral code or link, or a written record submitted before the client’s appointment. Hairitige International reserves the right to verify referrals and determine eligibility for commissions.
5. Marketing and Representation
Affiliate may use approved marketing materials supplied by Hairitige International. Affiliate shall not make unsubstantiated claims, misrepresent themselves as an employee, or alter company branding without written consent.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
The Affiliate is an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Hairitige International. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
7. Confidentiality
Affiliate agrees to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary, client, and operational information disclosed during participation in the program.
8. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with 10 days’ written notice. Hairitige International may terminate immediately for breach or misrepresentation. No commissions are earned after termination.
9. Compliance
Affiliate shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to marketing medical or cosmetic treatments, and adhere to FDA and FTC advertising standards.
10. Limitation of Liability
Hairitige International shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from this Agreement. Total liability shall not exceed total commissions paid.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of FLORIDA.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.

The parties have executed this Affiliate Program Agreement as of the Effective Date.
